Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and exceptions may be made at my discretion.
